Getting errors or having other issues when trying to take a donation?
Don’t panic. Take of a note the donor’s contact info (name, phone, email), the error message, or other specifics, and give to a staff person. Do not try to solve or explain the issue yourself.
A staff person can best follow up to resolve issues.
